Year 2 Visit to the Cenotaph and Remembrance Day Assembly
Year 2 visited the Cenotaph on Remembrance Day, thinking about all the people throughout history who lost their lives in war. The children laid down artwork that they had made and read prayers and poems that they had written. On Friday, the children then held a whole school Zoom assembly about Remembrance and their learning linked to this.
